Operations Coordinator
Natural Retreats is hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our Park City, UT team! The Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Maintenance and Housekeeping Departments in the administration of their duties. Additionally, the Operations Coordinator will be responsible for company vehicle inventory, including scheduling all required maintenance needs and registration renewals.

This position requires great attention to detail, the ability to utilize various software programs in the execution of required tasks, and familiarity with invoicing and supply inventory. The ideal person for this role will be comfortable managing multiple demands on their time and interacting with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner.
COMPENSATION: $23 - $25 / hr. dependent upon experience

- Enter and close workorders daily.
- Verify all charges are posted for month end.
- Post all charges, organize owner statement review, and make any necessary changes prior to each month’s deadline.
- Schedule pre-audit of owner statements with Maintenance Manager.
- Verify that inventories are being completed by the due date each month and are compiled and turned into accounting on time each month.
- Ensure that business license applications for all new homes / condos are submitted in a timely manner with the proper licensing agency.
- Ensure all business license renewals and health permit renewal where applicable are recorded and filed annually within the license renewal period.
- Promptly communicate both emergency/unscheduled repairs and needed maintenance repairs to the management team.
- Assist maintenance techs in ordering supplies.
- Maintain records and inventory on vehicle fleet.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in technology such as smart phones
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and invoicing responsibilities
- Proactive and flexible approach to job duties and problem-solving
- Ability to exercise good judgement
- Oral and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks in a fast paced working environment

POSITION TYPE/HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Operations Coordinator should be flexible with their hours. Weekends and holidays are required and will generally be busy and considered working days with guest arrivals and departures although these can be covered on request and approval. We encourage all of our Team Members to take 2 days off per week where possible. Guests can arrive at unpredictable times, and the Operations Coordinator should always be available in case of emergency, which includes some on-call hours. Generally, this means working some inconsistent hours. Exact daily schedule may vary and differ from in-season to off-season. Vacation is generally taken out of peak season.
