Natural Retreats is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our 360 Blue team in Santa Rosa Beach, FL team! The Logistics Coordinator provides support and assistance as the line of communication between outside departments and maintenance in order to receive, dispatch, and facilitate incoming work orders and vendor requests for rental properties.

Weekends are required.

COMPENSATION: $20.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Schedule work orders
  • Reschedule work orders previously on hold
  • Order parts and tools as needed
  • Ensure all appropriate outlets are updated throughout work order process to provide guests with best information possible for repair
  • Close out work orders and track pending work orders 
  • Ensure labor and materials are appropriately charge and make adjustments as necessary during each billing cycle
  • Provide support to Property Managers in facilitating larger item projects
  • Track various tasks to ensure they are being completed by technicians (install/remove of loaner items, changing filters)
  • Accept packages upon delivery, ensuring they are labeled and stored in the appropriate areas until they can be moved to the warehouse
  • Report to the Maintenance Operations Manager on any issues that affect the performance and morale of the Fixit team

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
REQUIRED
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and/or background screening
  • Proficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Basic organizational skills to effectively record and catalogue documents on work performed
  • Proactive and flexible approach to job duties and problem-solving
  • Ability to exercise good judgement
  • Well developed oral and written communication skills
  • Strong customer/guest focus
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask

HOURS OF WORK:
This is a full-time position. Due to the nature of the job, the Team Member should be flexible with their hours. Weekends and holidays will generally be busy with guest arrivals and departures and are considered working days. Typical work hours will be 9 AM to 5 PM but may vary with occupancy levels. Exact daily schedules may vary from season to season and differ from in-season to off-season. Generally, this may mean working some inconsistent hours. We encourage all our Team Members to take two (2) days off per week where possible, knowing that guests can arrive at unpredictable times. Vacation is generally taken outside of peak season.
